I have been a member of Hits4Pay since July of 2006. It does not fail to pay. Every time my account balance reaches $25.00, I can look forward to getting a deposit into my PayPal account within a month. I have a downline of 67 folks on the first level and one on the second level. Of those two are what I consider active, thanks Shelia, and to the person on my second level. Hits4Pay has a sister site, DealsNCash, which is much younger and I have been a member since it started. This one has only one level of downline but it pays up to 5 cents per ad read. Payout is always the first of the month. If on the first day of the month your account balance is $30.00 or more then you expect to receive a payment into your PayPal account around the 15th or 20th of the same month.
Both of these programs have paid me and are still producing an income for me. Both are free to join and you are never asked to pay anything in order to earn from them. Anyone who asks me to recommend a good place to start their online earning career I don't hesitate to say, DealsNCash and Hits4Pay. You just can't go wrong here.
So many people ask me how to make money online and when I tell them they give up because they don't want to treat it like any other job, they want to set back and let someone else do the work and they reap the rewards. The scamsters and other crooks keep putting the ads out there that you can get rich overnight, well to this B U N K. or B>S> it just don't happen without you putting in a little effort.
Good money can and is being made online. Be ready to treat it like any business and put in your time in planning and then building. I know people that knock down several thousand dollars per month, month after month,after month. I will tell you this they do not set on their duffs but they lead their teams and help them to earn. In doing this they make money themselves. I believe in the following, help enough people to get what they want and you will get what you want.

Add to your residual income
Last time we were adding some free to join places to help you to earn some money so that you will be able to join some of the paid sites.
ReadBud is a fast earning program that is real easy to make some money at. You are paid $5.00 for each person that you refer and they request a payout to their PayPal account. The program is easy to earn from also all you do is read articles that are related to your interests and then rate them. Each article earns you money based upon the size of it.
You could use a good down-line builder, I recommend you join Marketing Pond. This site includes the programs that I have spoken of and many more that you can earn from without having to outlay any cash up front.
If you are still here now I will relay to you some of the things that I do to earn a good income. I use half of the money that I earn from the free programs to upgrade in the ones that you can upgrade in. I do this because there are so many more things available to you if you are an upgraded member. I then half of what is left and join some programs that require a fee. One such program is Rolution. I use the products of this program to enhance my other programs. I have my backup files all stored here so in the event I lose my computer and have to get another I will have the files stored off site. I will be able to reconstruct all my files even if all my paper backups are destroyed also.

I hope you are not afraid of a little work cause regardless of what the ads say you will not make money by just joining one program after another. I hope you have a good virus protection program installed on your machine. If you don't then you can download one here that works as well as the high priced ones and it's free to home users. Go to Avast click on products and then download the free for home use version.
Now you are ready to go into the land of earning an income online. Now you need to find a mentor. Where do I find one you ask? Do you know anyone who is making money online? Not the ones you see ads for but a friend or an acquaintance that you know. If you don't know anyone, e-mail me at ozarkviews@gmail.com and I will introduce you to some that I know.
Now some programs that you can start earning from, don't worry these are free and they do pay when you have accumulated enough to trigger payout. Which will take the better part of a year unless you can find some referrals to help you. I suggest becoming a mentor yourself. By doing that you help others help you. I can't remember who it was that said "help enough people to get what they want and you will have what you want", or something like that. I know that this works because I have proved it. I earn a comfortable income from working online simply because I have helped a lot of people to make money online. I have a good example to follow, my mentor.

Just click on the name of the program and you will be taken to the join page, fill out the requested info and you are on your way. After you have been confirmed then log-in and read how to make money and the FAQ and get to know the site. This is true with any site that you join.
Now You need some place to advertise, again it's free to join. ThumbVu is a traffic exchange which is currently one of the best ways to advertise. There are others out there that are good but for now we will use this one.
